THE CROSSROADS STORY
After two decades of working with national and regional accounting firms, including a Big 4 firm in Chicago and a leadership role at a prominent West Coast firm, Kyle found himself at a crossroads in his career. As a Partner, he had led key practices in construction and business valuation while serving on the Board of Partners, but he felt a growing need for a more meaningful approach to client service. He envisioned a firm that combined deep industry expertise with a personalized, relationship-driven approach—one where professionals could grow their careers while maintaining a healthy work-life balance and where clients would receive more than just compliance services, but true strategic guidance.
With this vision, Kyle founded Crossroads CPAs & Consultants, a San Diego-based firm built on Midwestern work ethic, industry expertise, and a passion for helping businesses thrive. Specializing in tailored accounting, tax, and advisory solutions for construction, real estate, manufacturing and distribution, and retail, Crossroads is committed to optimizing profitability, streamlining operations, and guiding clients through complex financial landscapes.
