Amy Fujisaki
CPA
Amy started her career in public accounting in 2009 working for Grant Thornton in the San Diego office. Amy worked her way up to Senior Associate and received her CPA license in 2012. After receiving her CPA license, Amy decided to go into industry and work for corporate at Cricket Communications which was acquired by AT&T in 2014. During her time at Cricket, Amy was responsible for maintaining accounting procedures and internal controls, working with the tax team, managed the month-end close and reconciliation process, and prepared and reviewed monthly SSAE 16 testing and reporting to ensure system accuracy and compliance.
After Cricket was acquired, Amy worked in various capacities, including a Senior Financial Systems Analyst role where she served on the merger team handling the DirecTV - AT&T merger and an Associate Director of Financial Systems role where she oversaw and was responsible over revenue assurance where she led a team of 15 analysis and governed a team of 40 international consultants.
Amy’s final two years were spent serving as Chief of Staff to Lead Tech Business Management, where Amy was responsible for providing Chief of Staff support to the AVP of Billing Operations and Revenue Assurance, employee engagement, and leadership communication.
Overall, Amy is a result driven professional with expertise in accounting, revenue assurance, ROI, teamwork, and process improvement with a proven track record of identifying business opportunities, strategic thinking, and successfully implementing critical projects. Amy is also known for being a strong collaborator with exceptional interpersonal skills.
Amy graduated from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance.
Amy currently resides in North County San Diego with her husband and baby daughter. Outside of work, Amy enjoys exploring local trails, reading and spending quality time with friends and family. She also has a small cherimoya grove on her property and is exploring potential ways to make the most of it.
