Josh started his career in public accounting in 2007 and specializes in providing assurance services (including financial statement audits, reviews, and compilations), technical accounting expertise, and business consulting solutions to privately held businesses of various sizes. Josh focuses primarily in the construction and healthcare industries and has a deep understanding of the unique, industry-specific accounting and financial reporting requirements to help his clients achieve their business goals.

Josh is known for his hard work ethic, loyalty, and high-quality client service. He is passionate about the quality of his work to ensure his clients are well positioned to meet their banking, bonding, and financial reporting needs.

 

Prior to joining Crossroads CPAs and Consultants, Josh worked for a west coast regional firm for over 17 years, where he served as Audit Senior Manager for 9 years as part of the Construction and Healthcare Niches.

 

Josh graduated from San Diego State University with a Bachelor of Science in business administration with an emphasis on accounting. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the California Society of Certified Public Accountants.

 

Josh is a born and raised San Diego native and has been with his amazing fiancé for over 15 years. Outside of work, Josh and his fiancé love traveling and adventuring around the world and living a healthy lifestyle. Josh is a ranked amateur ironman triathlete and world championship qualifier. On most days off, Josh is either riding his bike up the mountains in East County, running along the coast, or exploring the world through racing triathlons.
