Crossroads CPAs names Josh Ramirez as Assurance Services Director

Crossroads CPAs & Consultants has named Josh Ramirez, CPA, as the director of Assurance Services.
The development is said to be at a time when the San Diego-based CPA firm is experiencing “significant growth” in its construction contractor client base.
In his new role, Ramirez will lead Crossroads' assurance practice, focusing on staff training and development, fostering client-focused service, and leveraging technology to enhance efficiency.
He will also oversee the firm's quality control processes while remaining actively involved in client service to stay attuned to client needs.
Commenting on Ramirez’s appointment, Crossroads CPAs & Consultants partner-owner Kyle Kamerlander said: “There is no one better to lead the assurance services practice [audits, reviews and compilations] at Crossroads.

Ramirez, with more than 17 years of experience in public accounting at a West Coast regional firm, specializes in serving the construction, manufacturing, and healthcare industries.
A graduate of San Diego State University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (Accounting), Ramirez is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the California Society of Certified Public Accountants.
